What ages do you make clothing for?
We make clothing for girls aged 1 to 12 years.
What kind of clothing do you sell?
Our collection covers summer wear, winter wear, everyday wear and party wear. Everyday comfort is our main focus, with selected party pieces for birthdays and special occasions.
Do you offer customization?
Yes, customization is available on selected designs. You can discuss the preferred size, fitting and available design details with us before confirming your order. Learn more.
How long does a customized order take?
Customized orders need approximately 3 additional working days for preparation, on top of the standard 1–2 working day dispatch time.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the Size Guide tab on every product page. If you are unsure between two sizes, WhatsApp us your child's measurements and we will guide you.
The colour looks slightly different from the photo. Is that normal?
Slight colour variation can occur due to lighting or screen settings. We photograph our products as accurately as possible.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos or a video. See our Refund & Claim Policy for the full process.
Can I return a customized item?
Customized items cannot be returned for a change of mind, as they are prepared specifically for you. Damaged or defective items are, of course, covered.
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver nationwide through our courier partner. Delivery time depends on your location.
