Here is how long your order takes to reach you, and what can affect the timeline.

Dispatch Time

• Standard orders – normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Customized orders – need approximately 3 additional working days for preparation before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, courier delivery time depends on your city and location. Major cities are usually quicker than remote areas. Delivery may also be affected by weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, we share the tracking details with you so you can follow its progress.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and correct delivery address along with an active phone number. Orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect address or an unreachable number cannot be treated as a delivery failure on our side.

Receiving Your Parcel

We recommend checking your parcel at the time of delivery. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery – see our Refund & Claim Policy.
