Confirming Your Order

Please confirm the size, colour, design and customization details before placing your order. Once an order is confirmed and preparation has started, changes may not be possible.

Colours and Product Images

Slight colour variation may occur due to lighting, photography or screen settings. We photograph our products as accurately as possible, but a minor difference in shade is not considered a defect.

Customized Orders

Customized orders are prepared according to the details approved by the customer. Because these items are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return on a change of mind. Please double-check measurements before approving.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and availability may change without prior notice. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or arrange a refund.

Orders and Cancellation

We may cancel or decline an order if details are incomplete, the item is unavailable, or the order cannot be verified. Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible, before preparation has started.
